Zesty Citrus Salt
You can make this in a blink of an eye. It will enhance your salads, pasta dishes as well as chicken and fish.


Ingredients
½ cup Himalayan Salt (fine)
Zest from 2-3 lemons
Preparation
Zest 2-3 lemons
Put zest in a frying pan on low. Continually stir until zest is dried. Watch closely so it doesn’t burn.
Put zest on a plate to cool.
Once cooled, mix well with salt.
Store in an airtight container.
Tips
Play with different citrus. You can add the zest of a lime or an orange. You can’t go wrong.
